Build and change games in the game builder. A new or edited game is dealt at simulation tables straight away; friends' tables only see it once you publish it.

Declining a sign-up deletes it. A switched-off account is signed out everywhere; if they were seated, their seat sits out until you switch them back on. To set someone’s password, run node users.js password <name> <new password> on the server.
